New Year’s cap

We knit the cap in a spiral with double crochets.
We start each row with two lifting air loops and end with a connecting post.
We start knitting with a chain of air loops. To get the required amount, we try on a toy on the head. We close in a circle and knit in a spiral.
We knit the first four rows without changes with double crochets.
Further, in each row, we begin to make decaves as follows:
– we make the first decave at the beginning of the row after the color change (this will be the back side of the cap), then we knit about half of the row and make the second decave (in front);
– in the next row we make one deca on the sides of the cap.
Next, we alternate these two rows, continuing to decave the front and back, and in the next row – on the sides. Thus, we knit the magic ring cap to the end and decorate it to your liking: with a brush, pom-pom or base.
