Amigurumi Santa Claus Free Pattern

Materials that we will use for knitting grandfather:

– yarn is red, white, beige (I have Semenovskaya Karapuz Eco, you may have a different one, but it is better if the same thickness);

– yarn for hair (I have a Semenovskaya Iskra, but any other thread that is thinner than the main thread will do);

– hook (I have a Clover Cupid 1.75, the thickness of the hook I take is one mm thinner than the minimum recommended, then the fabric is quite dense, but not ddec and easy to knit);

– stuffing (synthetic winterizer, synthetic winterizer, non-spun wool, one of these, I have a synthetic winterizer);

– a slicker to make a fluffy beard;

– beads of a suitable size for the eye;

– acrylic paint and synthetic brush (for tinting the nose and cheeks in the case of the Snow Maiden);

– scissors, a needle with a big ear, New Year’s mood and New Year’s playlist 🙂

We will knit the head, neck and body together. Then legs and ass. We will also make a hat and a head. Then the assembly.

We knit everything in a single crochet – then sc!

Let’s take a break from knitting and take a slicker. Combing the beard in all directions until intense fluff is achieved.

  Stuffing and assembly.

Fill the arms and legs with scissors with padding polyester (or other stuffing), close the holes on the legs and arms with a crochet hook using four connecting posts each. Sew the legs to the circle of the priests, hands to the red row under the collar, after which we sew the butt with the legs to the body.

Everything is sewn with a red thread over the edge.

Now we will sew the beard. I sew to the 5th row of the head from the bottom.

You can comb the beard at the junction a little more.

We cut the hair and attach it to the rows on the forehead like a fringe. Cut the bangs.

 We embroider the nose. 3-4 stitches horizontally and thread around the stitches. Sew on the eyes and embroider the eyebrows with white threads.

  We will put on a hat on top and sew it along the edge so that no one will look at our grandfather’s bald patch.

Sew a pom-pom to the hat and embroider snowflakes on the outfit.

It’s time to add some blush. I spread a drop of paint on a sheet of paper and rub the paint until the color is completely pale from it (the brush must be dry).

We paint first the middle of the nose and then rub the rest of the paint around on a brush.

Add a stitch on the beard with a red thread so that grandfather has a mouth!
