Measure lengths of rope enough to adhere to the front of the head, the ends so

Cut to lengths for the ponytails themselves. Sew them on

Tie a magic ring on each ponytail and trim to the desired length. Small pieces of magic rings

Glue the hat and bow on your head.
Face
Cut out a pair of black felt lashes. Glue your eyelashes to the big black ones
buttons. Sew the holes in the buttons crosswise with black yarn. Glue eyes to head.
For the cheeks, cut two magic rings out of pink felt and glue to your face. (The size
maybe the same magic ring on the buttons.)
Sew the mouth with black thread and hide the ends of the thread in the head.
