Materials used
1. Pompom yarn (Lucy Nazar or Alize Marifetli) – it was enough for me exactly
one skein
2. Acrylic yarn (Children’s Novelty, light begonia color) – 1 skein (we will
knit with a double-fold thread, so we divide it into two balls)
3. Pekhorka North pink (2 hanks). You can use any
another semi-woolen or woolen rather thick thread
4. A bit of contrasting acrylic yarn for the hat and eyelet
5. Toy filler
6. Thick cardboard for foot insoles
7. Half beads for the peephole
8. Decorative buttons, beads, ribbon
9. Hook number 4-5
A little about the knitting technique with pompom yarn
In order to facilitate our work, we will knit using
auxiliary thread (Pekhorka North). We alternate ordinary yarn and
pompom. We knit the first row with a smooth thread, the second with a pompom thread. Important
moment: we knit rows of ordinary yarn clockwise as always, rows of
pompom yarn – counterclockwise (inside out to pompoms
formed outside, as in photo # 1 – 4)
Legs (2 parts)
We start with Pekhorka North
1.6 Sc in a ring
2.6 increments – 12 Sc
3. (1 Sc, inc) * 6 – 18 Sc
4. (2 Sc, inc) * 6 – 24 Sc
5.24 Sc behind the back walls of the hinges of the previous row
We attach the pompom thread and knit the next row counterclockwise

6.24 pom-pom Sc
Again we knit with a pekhorka clockwise

Next, we alternate pompom and regular thread

We connect the legs
To do this, knit 11 Sc on the first leg, then make 5 air loops,
attach the second leg with a single crochet, tie further
single crochet on the second leg, then 5 Sc behind the front wall of five
we finish tying the first leg 4 Sc – 40 loops in total
– 17 row
In the next row we knit single crochet on both sides of the closing
chain legs. Do not forget to change the direction of knitting depending on
threads (pompom or regular)
18.40 pompom Sc
19. (4, inc) * 8 – 48 Sc
20.48 pompom Sc
21. (7, inc) * 6 – 54 Sc
22.54 Pom Pom Sc
23. (8, inc) * 6 – 60 Sc
24.60 Pom Pom Sc
In the next row, you must enter a new thread (acrylic pink
double folding) and follow the instructions exactly so that the drawing does not go astray
“Belly”. Again, don’t forget to knit counterclockwise (inside out)
when knitting rows with pompoms and clockwise when knitting normal
thread.
Do not forget to gradually stuff the rabbit with filler.
At this stage, we will use the following notation:

Next, you need to make a small tightening. Better to make it strong
sewing thread in several folds. We introduce the needle from behind in the area
the supposed ass of a hare, we display in the middle of the tummy (we form
navel). Sew on a small button, which will play the role of a navel.
Head
We knit the head in a spiral with light pink acrylic double thread
addition. Do not forget to fill as you knit.

Next, knit along the entire last row a line of connecting
columns (in pink). We knit the same line at the intersection 8 and 9 rows (see photo)
Decorate with buttons, beads or ribbons as desired
We collect the bunny
We sew the handles to the body, guided by the photo (i.e., approximately at 4 th pompom row on top)
We sew the ears to the head in such a way that it is not visible from under the cap
sewing place (about 4 rows from the top)
Sew on the hat (slightly obliquely)
I sew a tail from the finished pompom at the back
I decorate the bunny with a ribbon and sew him a heart.
Your plush bunny named Pomposhka is ready!
I’m waiting for all the needlewomen in my Magic group
